Kansas City Chihuahua Parade breaks world record!

It looks like Kansas City is set out to break the most world records this summer! Is there a world record for breaking world records?  First, the Schlitterbahn’s ‘Verruckt’ enters the Guinness Book of World Records for tallest water slide!
